Gonzales has a diverse background and history: born
and raised in Leadville, Colorado she has lived in New Mexico
since 1983.
After many years of service in State of New Mexico corrections system, Virginia
became a Real Estate Licensee in the year 2000 and immediately began her career
as Licensed Personal Assistant, to a successful Albuquerque commercial agent.
Her efficiency, great attitude and administrative skills paved the way for a
successful career in Real Estate.
In addition to her commercial real estate knowledge, Virginia’s experience includes
recruiting, training, and overseeing residential real estate operations. As a
Realtor®, she
uses her market knowledge and expertise to help Buyers and Sellers with their
real estate endeavors. From preparing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), establishing
a sales price, to the listing and marketing your home, you can count on her to
guide you through the process from beginning to close. Whether you are a buying
or selling real estate, she honors her clients with service before and after
the sale.
Virginia is fluent in Spanish and provides her Spanish-speaking clients a much-needed
service. She enjoys being able to use her skills and know-how to help her clients
attain their real estate dreams.
